more than 100 years ago by the very person in whose memory the <strong data-start=\"157\" data-end=\"212\">International Walther Bensemann Memorial Tournament<\/strong> will take place in 2025 at the DFB Campus in <strong>Frankfurt am Main<\/strong>. <strong>Walther Bensemann<\/strong> \u2014 founder of <strong><em data-start=\"308\" data-end=\"316\">kicker<\/em><\/strong>, co-founder and namesake of the German Football Association (DFB), pioneer of football, and initiator of the first international matches \u2014 is the figure to whom this tournament is dedicated.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"859\">Organized by the <strong>German Football Association<\/strong> and <strong>Makkabi Germany<\/strong>, in cooperation with the initiative <strong>!Nie wieder<\/strong>, around 120 U17 players from six top teams from Germany, across Europe, and Israel will compete against each other and, together with numerous Holocaust survivors and committed companions, carry forward Walther Bensemann\u2019s vision.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"1060\">On the football pitch, in discussions, lectures, workshops, and shared evenings, all participants and supporters will stand
